- I am an attorney, Social Worker and Professional Counselor who migrated to Austin from New Orleans 12 years ago to complete my Masters Degree at the University of Texas, Austin. I have a. passion for connecting people with conscious, fun and meaningful resources, which has led me to create a large network of friends in the Austin community whom I gladly refer to one another….Thus allowing me to put the 'social' in her career as a social worker!
***About My Counseling Practice
My private counseling practice brings together Eastern and Western philosophical traditions. My goal is to assist my clients to:
- Experience sustained and genuine fulfillment without the need to add or remove anything from one's life
- Dismantle limiting beliefs and burdensome emotions
-Increase capacity to enjoy the present moment, without needing to focus on the past or the future
-Transform difficult life transitions into opportunities for positive growth
